The weather has cooled off significantly since leaving Texas. We have gone from beach wear to winter wear in a matter of days.

Agave growing at the side of the highway.

Guadalajara is the second largest city in Mexico and the traffic was crazy to say the least. Add the trailer into the equation and you have complete insanity in my opinion. Bob is a great navigator and was only concerned with which road we needed to turn on and off of. Glad he was driving. If we ever come this way again, we will go an alternate road near the airport and ignore the GPS.
This truck was teetering to the right, so we kept our distance wondering if he was going to make it.
It was a nine hour drive from Matehuala to Lake Chapala. We had seven tolls on this leg of the trip totalling $1,250 Pesos ($81 Can / $60 USD).
Love the teetering truck! BTW did you see the huge full moon last night? I missed it — wemt to bed early.
Where are you headed?
