After a few very wet days, we were grateful for the warm weather in Sevilla. It is a beautiful city. The picture on the right is the Paseo De Las Delicias Building.

We met up with some good friends from home and took a boat tour on the Guadalquivir River. We saw some of Sevilla’s famous monuments and passed under historic bridges.
The left side picture is some architecture left from Seville Expo ’92. The right side picture is the historic Puente de Isabel II, Puente de Triana or Triana Bridge. It is a metal arch bridge that was built in 1852.

2. Alamillo Park

According to google lens, the tree below on the right is a Wild Red Berried Fig Tree!

My favourite place we visited in Sevilla was La Plaza de Espana. The details in the walls, railings, tiled paths and plaza were incredible.

More pictures of the amazing architecture as we meandered through the streets.

Every single person that passed this street performer, stopped and stared. He was frozen in mid air as if he slipped. Every time someone tipped him, he would change his facial expression. Too funny.

The Cathedral. Unfortunately, tickets were booked for day and we weren’t able to tour. The tomb of Christopher Columbus was moved to the cathedral in 1899. He died in 1506.
