We don’t go on tours often but we could not pass up going by boat to the Benagil Sea Caves in the Algarve. It was a lot of fun and again, the weather was being very kind to us.
The captain drove the boat right into the cave. Other kayak, paddle board and boat tours were going on at the same time.
Up until about 6 months ago, you were able to go ashore inside the cave. The guide said that too many people were getting caught inside caves, requiring rescues.

They drove the boat right into the cave and did a 360! It was insane but fun.
There are boardwalk trails along the coast seen in the picture in the middle. You will also find stairs and tunnels carved through the rock formations. You can see people in one of the tunnels on the left.
